Luis Alvarado is a mechanical engineer electrisista, Master in project management and investment projects and air quality specialist. With 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Luis is Past President of ASHRAE Peru Chapter, current Vice Chair of region XII of the Goverment Affairs committee and member of the global committee of Goverment Affairs.
