IMAGE USAGE AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I hereby authorize Daikin Airconditioning Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Daikin”), in accordance with the Federal Copyright Law, to use photographs or video recordings that include my image, in campaigns, promotional and other support material considered pertinent for the dissemination and promotion of the event called “Pláticas a todo Pulmón” and/or “Air Community” and that are distributed in the country or abroad by any means, whether printed, electronic or otherwise. Also, based on articles 86, 87 and 88 of the Federal Copyright Law, I wish to express that this authorization is voluntary and totally free, therefore, Daikin is free to use, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, publicly display, create other works derived from my image in the promotional campaigns carried out by any means, as well as the fixation of said image in projections, videos, graphics, texts, films and all supplementary material, create other works derived from my image in the promotional campaigns carried out by any means, as well as the fixation of the mentioned image in projections, videos, graphics, texts, films and all the supplementary material of the promotions and campaigns, establishing that it will be used only and exclusively for the indicated purposes. In that sense, I authorize the use of my name and any commentary I may have made while the video was being recorded and that such commentary be edited for the purposes indicated. I waive any right to inspect or approve the video or photographic sequences. I authorize my image to be used for as long as Daikin deems appropriate; however, such authorization may be revoked by writing to Daikin at datos.personales@daikin.com.mx.
